The bill suggests:
establish that admission to the association of co-owners of multi-storey building is free;
provide the applicant denied the right to become a member of association with a right to file a complaint in court;
establish that the decision on admission to the association of co-owners of multi-storey building (denial to admission) shall be approved by the authority of such association, etc.
Amendments are also to be made to the Law “On Association of Co-Owners of Multi-Storey Building”.
Respective bill was registered under No. 2469а.
